Contentment

Black and white

There is something wholly soothing and comforting about watching a cat sleep.

And when there are two snuggled together like my little boys, Indiana and Jasper, it fills my heart with joy to know that we’ve been able to provide them a loving and secure home.

It’s been almost a year since we rescued them.

Just seven weeks old, they’d been abandoned in a cardboard box on the side of a busy road just outside of town. A local barn owner found them. I received a phone call from a mutual friend.

The next day these feline bundles of joy were nestled lovingly in our home … and in our hearts.

Thanks for visiting …

  1. there’s something particularly blissful knowing the creatures you’ve rescued are happy now, isn’t there.?
How lovely that your two little darlings have each other too – two pets are always more fun than one !!!!

    • Yes, and naturally when they’re not sleeping it can be utter mayhem around here … two little bundles of energy tearing around the house and driving the collies crazy. … Such fun! … Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment, Valerie. … Be well, Dorothy πŸ™‚
